About the Role:We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and social support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to our clinical team
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
