Job Description:

This role supports the USSTRATCOM program, a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. USSTRATCOM oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. The program ensures mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic systems and network engineering support

• Review and improve existing architectures

• Interface with operations and sustainment teams

• Support enterprise IT services across classified and unclassified networks Required

Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of related experience

• Expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

• Experience in one or more Dev Sec Ops  areas including:

• Collaboration services & CRM integration

• Cybersecurity & RMF

• Enterprise infrastructure (VDI, AD, DNS, backup/recovery)

• Network technologies (LAN/WAN, VoIP, wireless)

• Storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, DAS)

• Cloud & containerization

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in system modeling using UML, DoDAF 2.0/UPDM, SysML, UAF

• Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architect

• Ability to analyze and model systems from multiple perspectives

• Familiarity with executable models (fUML)

• Ability to generate reports and extend models via APIs Education &

Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• DoD 8140 qualified certification required

• Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months

• Preferred certifications include:

• CSEP, TOGAF, ITIL 4 Managing Professional

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• CCNP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate

• OCSMP (OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional) Additional Details:
