The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG). The All Source Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis, Multi-Int Fusion, and Analytical Tradecraft Support to provide actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making. This position requires expertise in integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations.
* Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
* Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
* Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
* Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
* Travel may be required (Up to 15%) Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Required Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
* Required

Education:

Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.

* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
* Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
* Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
* Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.

* Skills:

* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
* Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) or similar ISR organizations.
* Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
