Bengali Interpreter

Job Summary

We are seeking hard‑working, fully‑bilingual Bengali interpreters to provide in‑person interpretation for our local Nebraska clients. This is a great opportunity to use your cultural knowledge and help non‑English speakers in your area.

Provide in‑person Bengali interpretation services in the Omaha area. You must have transportation to attend local appointments.

• Fully bilingual in Bengali and English.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality / HIPAA compliance.
• Have a printer and access to an online portal for printing and uploading vouchers.
• Interpreting experience and/or certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Schedule is PRN (as needed) and part‑time, with flexibility depending on availability. Applicants must have some availability Mon‑Fri 7AM‑5PM.

This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours. Hours are not guaranteed and are based on availability, languages spoken, and client needs.
