Country Partners Cooperative is a full‑service diversified agricultural cooperative in central Nebraska located in 20 communities, partnering with farmers and ranchers to accomplish more together.
SummaryRegion 1 Regional Manager will be responsible for the effective management and profitability of the grain and agronomy locations in their geographical area of responsibility.
Responsibilities- Responsible for regional location budgets and P & Ls.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the region.
- Increase market share growth in the region.
- Identify and implement growth strategies for new business.
- Along with location managers, ensure proper staffing for the workload.
- Enhance labor efficiencies across divisions and locations.
- Develop capital budget needs with ROI analysis.
- Ensure employee safety through compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies (OSHA, DOT, EPA, DEQ, etc.).
- Work closely with department VPs to manage inventory in the region.
- Work closely with VPs and location managers to set goals and manage salespeople in the region.
- Ensure operational efficiency across the region.
- Maintain an effective system of communication with location managers.
- Supervise location managers, including recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, mentoring, training, and problem solving.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work well independently.
- Think quickly, maintain self‑control, and adapt to stressful situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of products used in the industry.
- Research and analyze detailed information and make appropriate recommendations.
- Strong communication skills in solving complex personnel issues.
- Operate and efficiently use a variety of office equipment.
- Take and interpret instructions in verbal, written, or electronic forms.
- Operate a company‑owned vehicle safely.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding business‑related files, reports, and conversations under applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.
- 4‑year college degree (preferred).
- Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Team player, strong Microsoft Office skills, CDL Class A recommended but not required.

Gothenburg, Cozad, Callaway, Lexington, Sumner, Eustis, Arnold, Stapleton, Merna, Anselmo, Westerville.
