Sr Supervisor Farm – Tecumseh, NE

Join the Tyson Foods team at our facility in Tecumseh, NE. This role is part of a collaborative group dedicated to delivering cost‑competitive, high‑quality products while maintaining a safe workplace and environmental excellence.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the business at the farm level for a 40‑barn broiler facility. Key responsibilities include directing and providing leadership to all farm team members; managing costs and production volumes; ensuring the safety and biosecurity of the unit; handling environmental compliance (pit/lagoon, water and air quality, waste removal); implementing facility and animal welfare policies; reporting production and safety data timely;

and performing additional duties as required.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 1+ years at a live broiler production facility; complete knowledge of animal flow, processing, ventilation, feeding, and vaccination protocols. Management experience preferred.
