Ready to run the yard and grow with it? A growing, entrepreneurial cattle feeding company with more than 10,000 head is looking for a hands‑on Feedlot Manager to lead its crew and its daily operations. You'll have real authority, a solid team in place, and owners who move fast and want you here for the long haul.
What You'll Do- Lead, hire, and schedule the feed, cattle, and maintenance crews
- Oversee receiving, processing, and shipping of cattle
- Manage bunk reading, feed calls, and ration delivery
- Keep equipment, pens, and facilities running well
- Track performance and inventory in feedyard software
- 5+ years of feedlot experience, including time in a leadership role
- A proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Willingness to work outdoors and rotate weekends and holidays
