What You Will Be Doing:The Maintenance Planner will coordinate maintenance activities to support efficient operations through effective planning. This administrative role provides critical support to the maintenance supervisor, ensuring scheduled maintenance is completed and fostering communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate maintenance activities between maintenance and production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the maintenance supervisor with planning and scheduling tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage spare parts documentation.
- Facilitate communication across departments to align maintenance schedules with production needs.
- Process work orders using SAP or similar systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 1–3 yearsof relevant experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Strong organizational skillsto manage multiple maintenance activities and schedules.
- Attention to detailfor accurate documentation and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skillsfor coordination between departments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and implement process improvements.
- Experience with
SAP preferred (training available for qualified candidates).
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in maintenance planning within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance strategiesandvendor management.
- Knowledge of inventory management system sand spare parts control.
- Understanding of industrial maintenance activities and safety practices.
- Strong problem-solvingandteam collaboration skills.
$14.00 - $20.00 /hr.
