Team Member; General Laborer

Job duties include assembling of coils, solenoids, etc. Work at different work stations as production needs require and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions / training provided. Candidates must have proven teamwork record, have good hand/eye coordination, ability to use measuring tools/gauges, pay close attention to detail.

• Proactively look out for individual and team safety
• Assist with set up and prep work for Team Leads.
• Provide creative/innovative ideas and solutions through problem-solving efforts, continuous
  
  Improvement (Kaizen) projects and in support of Total Quality Management techniques
• Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem
• Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes
• Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow
• Apply sound problem solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers

• Operate an industrial truck or electric/air hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Safely lift 40 lbs unaided, and up to 75lbs with assistance
• Must possess good mechanical aptitude and follow standardized work
• History of experience with simple hand tools and measuring devices
