Production Operator D Shift, rotating nights

Overview

Production Operator D Shift, rotating nights  Holdrege, NE plant operates 24/7 and produces 2.3 billion medical devices annually with about 450 employees across all operations.

Shift: D Shift (6:20pm - 6:30am).

• Operate equipment and perform tasks such as product inspection, raw material and finished goods movement, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Monitor machine functions to detect and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with embecta quality systems, policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Conduct inspections and perform process tests.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification on assigned equipment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Able to maintain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.
• Have regular, punctual attendance.
• You are self-motivated with good planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Display strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
