• Employees work 9.5-hour days, providing guaranteed 7.5 hours of overtime each week.
• Most Saturdays are voluntary.
• Saturday shifts scheduled based on workload.

• PTO and insurance available after 90 days.

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain standards.
• Follow all safety and production guidelines.

• Prior machine operating experience preferred.
• Candidates without experience may start in General Labor and advance based on performance.
