Location:

Holdrege, NE. The plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually for an organization of approximately 450 employees.

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment.
• Ensure product quality by:
  • Discarding obviously defective packages.
  • Checking for correct count, damage to syringes, and correct lot control numbers.
  • Inserting brochures as required.
  • Palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card.
  • Operating a semi‑auto tape machine.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.

• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Show regular, punctual attendance.
• Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team‑based environment.
