What the job is: CPI is looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations. CPI is a safety minded company; such policies must be followed. This is a full-time permanent position.

• Load and unload grain commodities
• Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals
• Load railcars at certain facilities as needed
• Operate heavy equipment if certified
• Work outdoors, either independently or as part of a team to complete day-to-day grain and agronomy operations

• No experience is necessary; training is provided
