Shifts and Pay 1st Shift- 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Starting at $16.75/hour
- 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- Starting at $17.75/hour
Employees work 9.5-hour days, providing guaranteed 7.5 hours of overtime each week.
Overtime and Saturdays- Most Saturdays are voluntary
- Saturday work depends on workload availability
- Typically, a crew is scheduled when work is available
- PTO and insurance available after 90 days
- Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Assist machine operators and production teams
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety and quality standards
