Role:
Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Operations overseeing plant safety, productivity, and team management.
Responsibilities include fostering a safety culture utilizing Enterprise Excellence principles, implementing LEAN methodologies, prioritizing staffing, and driving continuous improvements in safety, efficiency, and employee engagement. The position requires responding to operational challenges and guiding team members to align with strategic goals.
Qualifications- minimum associate’s degree or technical diploma; 3+ years supervisory and 5+ years manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military sectors
- bachelor’s degree, manufacturing project management success, Lean or Black Belt certification, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills
