Are you a meticulous and dependable team player with a passion for customer service? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as a Maintenance Coordinator at our Minden location.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate maintenance jobs and projects with operations groups
- Maintain equipment information and repair files
- Manage, procure, and enter data for equipment and repair parts
- Perform preventative and proactive maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and accountable inventory of spare parts and regularly replenish
- Responsible for shipping and accounting for returns, and parts sent in for repair
- Call vendors and suppliers for parts and services quotes
- Provide monthly management reports as directed
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization
- Learn the plant process for a better understanding of how the equipment is utilized
- Assist in identifying safety hazards and/ or regulatory compliance problems
- Monday
- Friday 8am- 4:30pm and must be available for overtime work and/ or on a call-in basis as required as the plant is operational 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, fabrication, welding and basic electrical repair
- Experience in operation of a dry-mill ethanol plant, manufacturing, and production helpful
- Experience in the repair of equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, airlocks, agitator assemblies, piping systems, boiler operation, conveyors, etc.
- Ability to write, read, and interpret documents, drawings, and reports
- Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
