CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist at Hamilton Relay

Hamilton Relay is seeking a full-time CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist to join an established Marketing team. This is an in-office position in the corporate office in Aurora, NE.

• Manages the customer relationship management system to improve customer interactions, streamline processes and increase sales and engagement with prospects.
• Executes and optimizes CRM campaigns and workflows, such as email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
• Works within Hub Spot to design, test and launch campaigns, as well as to track and measure results.
• Collaborates with marketing team members for content, design, form and web development to create and deliver engaging and personalized customer experiences on company platforms.

• Bachelors or Associate Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related experience preferred or 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Hub Spot or other similar customer relationship management software.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in copywriting.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid drivers license.
