We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. This full‑time position offers a consistent day shift schedule with no on‑call requirements
, making it an excellent opportunity for work‑life balance. The OR RN will provide comprehensive perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and supporting surgical procedures from admission through recovery.

• Deliver perioperative nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Perform pre‑op admission assessments and medication reconciliation.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures.
• Provide recovery care and monitor post‑op patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA standards.
• Support sterile processing and instrument decontamination.
• Respond to emergencies and implement safe patient care practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a surgical/OR setting preferred; EHR experience a plus.
• Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Active RN license in Nebraska.
• BLS required.
• ACLS & PALS within 1 year of hire.
• AORN Perioperative 101 within 2 years of hire.
• TNCC & NRP required only if working in ED.

• Hourly Rate: $29.81 – $49.69
