Overview

Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health - Multiple Service Locations Available. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide in-home nursing services for our home health patients by evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all home care services in the patient s home.

Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $20,000 for qualified candidates.

Evaluate and assess patients in their homes and coordinate all Home Care services. Provide high-quality nursing care in a home health setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

• Have a current Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Practice Permit
• Have a valid Pennsylvania driver s license
• Have current automobile coverage
• Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong teaching skills
• Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
