American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg LTC/SNF RN for a night shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and NE or compact RN licensure.

• Work in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) post-acute setting
• Two main units with 20 and 22 beds, averaging a 1:22 patient ratio
• Common diagnoses include dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and ADL assistance needs
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• Night shift schedule, 6p-6a with some 10p-6a shifts, 8 and 12-hour options
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• Location-specific orientation of 1-2 shifts

• Active RN license (Nebraska or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents with chronic and age-related conditions
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within an 80-mile radius
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
