Hours:

Evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15p-6p;
Evenings Friday 2p-6p

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience and qualifications.
