Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification for a 13-week night shift assignment.

• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Work in a post-acute long-term care/skilled nursing facility with 58 beds
• LTC/SNF unit caring for geriatric patients with common LTC diagnoses
• Patient ratio of 1:15
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 12-hour night shifts with variable 8s or 12s schedules
• Every other to every third weekend required
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Provide direct patient care for geriatric long-term care residents
• Location-specific orientation includes arriving 1 hour before shift for building orientation with shadowing when possible
• Accepts local candidates within 80-mile radius at a reduced rate
• Two week's notice required for cancellation
