Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Long Term Care

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring NE or compact licensure and prior LTC/SNF experience.

• Active RN license (NE or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• LTC/SNF experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with a 58-bed unit
• Geriatric patient population typical of LTC settings
• Patient ratio of approximately 1:15
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 12-hour night shifts, with variable 8s or 12s possible
• Required to work every other or every third weekend
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Provide nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting
• Arrive one hour prior to first shift for building orientation and shadow opportunity when available
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Candidates residing within 80 miles are considered local for pay purposes
• First-time travelers may be considered
