Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Valentine, Nebraska, 69201!

Med Surg / OB Registered Nurse (L&D / Med-Surg Float)

Valentine, NE | Acute Care

Contract (13 Weeks) | Primarily Night Shift with schedule flexibility as needed | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week | Facility work week:
Sunday – Saturday

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting as the primary assignment
• Float to Med/Surg unit as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across patient populations including obstetric, medical, and surgical patients
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes

• Active Nebraska RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required for submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Current Pediatric nursing course certification required

• Experience with Meditech EMR (preferred but not required)
• Background in combined L&D and Med/Surg float roles
• Comfort working in a critical access or rural hospital environment

• Gain diverse clinical experience across Labor & Delivery and Medical/Surgical patient populations in a single contract
• 13-week contract with expected 36 hours per week in a supportive care setting
