Your Role as a Charge NurseYou'll help lead and support the clinical team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Medication administration and treatments
Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervising and supporting nursing staff
Documentation and care coordination
Promoting a positive resident and team experience
What We're Looking ForStrong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident‑centered approach
Long‑term care experience preferred, not required
