Location: Albion
LPN – Nursing
8, 12-hour night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, with some shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM; every other weekend and holiday.
Assignment DetailsGuaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract length: 13 weeks
Requirements- Current LPN license
- BLS Certification
- Experience with EMR systems (PCC experience preferred)
- IV certification required
- Provide nursing care to patients with chronic conditions such as dementia, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
