Registered Nurse | Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Bloomfield, Nebraska, United States. Start date 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,582 to $1,665 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). This assignment is in a post-acute skilled nursing setting serving geriatric residents. You will work on-site in a long-term care environment with a 58-bed unit, operating with standard LTC protocols.

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents per physician orders and facility policies
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects; document in the electronic charting system
• Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and escalating changes in condition promptly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans and communicate updates to residents and families as appropriate
• Ensure safety, infection control, toileting and ADL assistance, fall prevention, and continuity of care during shifts

• Active Registered Nurse license (Nebraska) or eligibility; license submission to the client as required
• BLS Certification
• Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC) or willingness to learn
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet the schedule (including every other weekend and holiday)
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel assignment and comply with facility orientation and procedures
