Laborer, Outdoor​/Nature​/Animal Care, General Labor

Duties will include cleaning cattle pens and gathering manure; loading manure onto manure spreaders and applying manure to crop fields as fertilizer in preparation for the upcoming planting season; operating farm equipment to till and prepare fields for planting; and performing general farm maintenance and upkeep as needed. The Laborer will perform general farm labor associated with livestock manure management, crop field preparation, and general farm maintenance.

The Laborer will also assist with maintaining clean, safe, and orderly livestock and farm work areas.

The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 7 a.m.

- 5 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on the weather.

Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals:
Company will provide free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities to the workers that will enable the workers to prepare their own meals. The facilities include refrigeration, microwave, stove top or portable stove top, various cooking accessories, and an adequate sink with both hot and cold water and adequate water pressure, all of which are in working condition. Within the facilities is available cabinet space to store food that does not require refrigeration and counter space for food preparation.

Company makes available work trucks or other available vehicles to workers at no cost to access grocery stores whenever necessary outside of work hours.

Transport:
Inbound and outbound transportation and related daily subsistence will be paid by the employer to the workers for reasonable costs incurred (e.g., reimbursement). Workers are permitted to select any means of transportation they choose and Company will reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.
