Job Description

Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.

• Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages;
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving and cleaning methods;
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records;
• Handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or other; count monies and make deposits;
• Schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team;
• Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff;
• Prepare employee review and performance reports;
• Plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.

• Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources;
• Ability to lead independently, communicate information effectively.

Full Time position, Forty (40) hours per week. Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, working within high stress environment; honest and ethical; ability to work with others within a team environment; careful attention to detail & completion of tasks; reliable and dependable.
