This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination.

A Shift Manager plays an important role in the daily success of the restaurant. You will lead Crew Members during your shifts, help deliver a great customer experience, and make sure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and according to McDonald’s standards.
