Oversee daily restaurant operations, keeping the team organized and ensuring great food, service, and guest experiences

Coach, train, and support Crew Members and Shift Leaders.

Jump in to prepare food, serve guests, and help during busy shifts.

Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

Help with scheduling, staffing, and labor management.

Handle guest concerns and make decisions that keep the restaurant moving.

Support hiring, onboarding, and developing a strong team.

Leads by example and treats people with respect.

Communicates clearly and holds themselves accountable.

Stays calm and makes good decisions under pressure.

Enjoys developing people and building a strong team.

Takes ownership and follows through.

Must be at least 18 years old. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred. This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, and the ability to meet applicable background check and driving-record requirements.
