Aerie - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

Position Overview

Apart‑time Merchandise Leader for Aerie, based in Gretna, NE. You will support the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise will drive floorset execution, marketing & merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store "guest ready". You will work closely with the team to maintain visual standards, promote a safe store environment, and embody company values.

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, while identifying opportunities to improve the store’s visual appeal.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining the team’s understanding of AEO Brand Standards through adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while keeping the guest experience as the merchandising team’s #1 priority.
• Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom, adhere to shrink‑reducing strategies, and follow all AEO policies and procedures.

• Strong organization skills with attention to detail; comfort with priority‑setting and time management.
