Job Summary
Quarry Oaks Golf Club is looking for a Golf Shop Merchandiser to join the team! This position is responsible for the retail and merchandising operations of the Quarry Oaks golf shop. This includes the selection, buying, receiving, displaying, selling, accounting, and reporting of golf equipment, apparel, accessories and other items while providing guests with excellent shopping services, attention to detail, and timely follow-through.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; and
- 2 years of experience with Retail Merchandising and/or Sales preferably in a golf club; or
- an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Other Qualifications:
- Able to work flexible hours, all shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
- Must have good skills in operating a personal computer and various software packages, including Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- Must have excellent project management skills with ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Able to respond to common inquiries, feedback, or complaints from guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
