You are a highly motivated sales professional with a strong chemistry background. Your role will be to promote and sell agricultural chemicals and fertilizers to farmers and agribusinesses across the state, providing expert advice on product selection to optimize crop yields and soil health.
Base Pay Range$75,000.00/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
- Advise clients on the best chemical and fertilizer products, using your expertise in chemistry to recommend effective solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and best practices.
- Strong background in chemistry, with an understanding of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers.
- 3+ years experience in sales of chemical and fertilizer.
- Knowledge of crop management, soil science, and agronomy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license.
- $75K-$100K base + bonus potential
