As a commodity broker and marketing advisor, your focus is simple. You will build relationships with producers over the phone and in person and learn about their operations. Educate them on the tools available to market grain and manage their price risk while helping develop custom marketing plans based on their needs.

We can teach the markets. Ag and industry knowledge is a definite plus, but not required. What we can't teach is drive, personality, and integrity. Those without these qualities need not to apply. This is a fun, fast-paced, commission-based environment that rewards hard work, integrity, and relationship building.
Qualifications- Must be able to obtain a Series 3 commodity brokerage license within 3 months of employment
- Strong computer knowledge, all Microsoft programs
