What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with other Allied Universal personnel, client staff, and visitors as required.
• Assist in controlling access to the facility by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as appropriate.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences.
• Support a secure environment by following company and client protocols specific to the food and beverage industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
