, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional in a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized personnel, vendors, and carriers to designated areas.
• Help to deter unauthorized access to warehouse, distribution, and loading areas by observing activity at entrances, gates, and other assigned access-control points.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and loading zones, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
