• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal operational health.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment, replacing worn components to restore functionality.
• Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to guide precise repairs and system installations.
• Operate machine shop tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or modify custom parts.
• Maintain and install pneumatic and hydraulic piping systems, valves, and pressure regulators.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement proactive maintenance solutions.
• Ensure all repairs meet rigorous safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
