Tired of putting in the hard work but feeling like you're just another number?
You know how to work hard. You take pride in building something with your own two hands. You show up, get the job done, and don't believe in cutting corners. But wouldn't it be nice to work somewhere that recognizes your effort, challenges you to get better, and surrounds you with people who have your back?
At ESC, we're not just looking for someone who can weld. We're looking for someone who takes pride in what they build and the people they build it with.
We're a team of hardworking people who believe life is about more than punching a clock. Whether it's hunting, fishing, watching sports, racing, or spending time with family, our people know how to work hard and enjoy life outside of work.
We believe the people you work with matter just as much as the work you do.
What if your next job could give you more than just a paycheck?
Who We're Looking ForYou're the kind of person who doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done. You notice the details others miss, take ownership of your work, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

- You're loyal. You believe in showing up for your teammates and being someone others can count on.
- You enjoy the journey. You take pride in the process, enjoy learning new skills, and know how to have a little fun along the way.
- You have integrity. You do the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
- You bring a positive mindset. You look for solutions instead of excuses.
- You can read blueprints, understand basic welding processes, and turn plans into quality work.
- You have experience using hand tools, power tools, and preparing materials for welding.
- You're detail-oriented, mechanically minded, and enjoy figuring out how things work.
- You're comfortable working independently but know the value of a strong team.
