Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
Overview
Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking to add a full-time Software Engineer II to an established team. This position is responsible for gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code in various languages. The role involves developing and maintaining applications for PC, web, mobile, and server platforms in support of multiple business lines. Activities include requirements analysis, systems design, code writing, testing, implementation, and documentation of applications.

This is a remote role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 8 AM–5 PM CST. The role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, or New York.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience serving as a technical lead throughout the full software‑development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software‑development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source‑control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Ability and willingness to travel alone.

The estimated base salary range for the Software Engineer II role based in the United States of America is $95,000 – $110,000 annually. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, the location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
