Yard Driver

Location: Kimball
* High school diploma or equivalent- required

* Previous experience with (industrial or manual) labor

* Must be willing to work On-call and needed and live within 45-minutes of the facility

* Ability to work in team environment

* DOT Training-preferred

* Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)

* An excellent commitment to health and safety

* Combination Vehicle, Truck/Trailer (Shag/Yard Truck)- required

* Climb on and off forklifts

* Ability to perform multiple tasks

* Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste

* Climb up and down vertical ladders

* Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force

* 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical

* 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)

* Good hand/eye coordination

* Valid Driver's License- required

* Punctuality and attendance consistent- required

* Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)

* Updated Resume required for consideration- required

* Background check, drug screen and physical- required

* Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

* Operates industrial equipment, included but not limited to Combination Vehicle, Truck/Trailer (Shag Truck)-required

* Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process

* Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them

* Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury

* Follows all standard operating procedures

* Other duties as required
