School Bus Driver – First Student (Wilber, NE)

We are looking for part‑time drivers to serve the Wilber community. No previous bus‑driver experience is required; we provide industry‑leading training to help you succeed.

• A split shift: an early‑morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift per school day, with no nights or weekends unless you wish to work them.
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• $25.00 per hour starting wage, based on bus‑driver experience.
• $750 bonus if the CLP is presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class.**
• $250 bonus if the CLP is presented within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class.**
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401(k) retirement savings plan (benefits may vary by location or collective bargaining agreement).
• No experience necessary – we offer paid CDL training.

• Do not have a college degree or high school diploma.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing for safety‑sensitive employees. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
