A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Forklift Operator. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).
Summary and HighlightsThe Warehouse Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations by loading/unloading trailers, verifying counts against shipping documents, inspecting freight for damage, and moving materials to correct storage locations. This role performs cycle counts, verifies outbound loads for accuracy and quality, and helps maintain safe, clean operations while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Payrate: $24.69/hr
Required Availability:
Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) | 4 days on / 4 days off | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | Includes weekends
- Unload inbound materials from trailers; verify counts using packing lists/freight bills and confirm carrier shipments (e.g., parcel shipments)
- Inspect shipments for visible/concealed damage and report issues appropriately
- Assign lot numbers and stocking locations and deliver materials to proper areas
- Load finished goods/raw materials onto trailers; verify lot/catalog/quantity accuracy
- Perform cycle counts per established program
- Inspect product/labels/pallet tracers to ensure correct product is shipped to the correct destination
- Operate material handling equipment (including sit-down forklift); assist with moving product to maintain workflow
- Maintain a clean work area and follow GMP and safety procedures
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) (preferred, not required per job order) - Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. - Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience operating a sit-down forklift - Footwear:
Steel-toed shoes required - Preferred: CDL license
