As a Process Engineer you are a driving force behind process optimization in our logistics operation. You will analyze existing processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks, and translate these into practical and innovative solutions. With your technical mindset and affinity for systems, you will contribute to different improvement projects that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with different teams and often act as a key link between operations, support teams and site management.
Key responsibilities- Analyze and improve logistics processes within our Roosendaal Site;
- Contribute in executing continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Optimize systems and technical applications within operations.
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, and KPI reporting.
- Guide implementations and train colleagues in new ways of working.
- Act as a sparring partner for both operations, support teams and management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Strong affinity with technical systems and data analysis.
- Analytical, results-driven, and an excellent communicator.
