Student Surface Treatment & Cleanroom Technician; Evenings​/Sat

ATM Oirschot is seeking students who are willing to take on the responsibility of performing the metal surface treatment process correctly and carefully. After an induction period and internal training, you will be expected to carry out the work independently but also as part of a team. You will preferably work two evenings a week from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in a team consisting mainly of students.

ATM Oirschot is looking for students who want to work in the cleanroom. This mainly involves collecting orders, cleaning products, inspecting products, measuring and then packaging according to procedure.

You will be expected to work independently as well as in a team. It is also important that you are able to work meticulously and accurately. You will preferably work two evenings a week from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in a team consisting mainly of students.

• Clamping the parts according to the drawings provided;
• Immersing the parts in the baths according to the established procedures;
• Carrying out interim checks to check the layer thickness;
• Cleaning the parts with an air gun;
• Checking that the process has been carried out in accordance with the order;
• Discussing progress with the production manager after each work phase;
• Coordinating the work with colleagues;
• Packing the products.

• A minimum of a completed VMBO diploma is an advantage;
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch for safety reasons;
• Able to work independently and possess accuracy, insight into the work and a flexible attitude.
