Jumbo Supermarkten in Nederweert zoekt een Assistent Teamleider Service die klanten op het serviceplein helpt met vriendelijkheid en deskundig advies. Je ziet wat klanten nodig hebben, beantwoordt vragen en geeft proactief advies om de klanttevredenheid te verhogen.
Je coacht en ondersteunt je team, werkt mee aan de inwerking van nieuwe collega’s en stimuleert klanten bij het gebruik van de zelfscan en zelfservicekassa. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider en werkt in een 40-urige werkweek.
