OverviewFood Tec Solutions is growing and looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Accounting Department as a full time Staff Accountant. This position is ideal for an organized individual who can work independently, coordinate a growing client basis, and develop within a rapidly growing, fast-paced company.

- Ability to build / maintain strong relationships with clients
- At least 2 years of Accounting Experience is required
- Proficient computer skills and Excel skills is required
- Proficiency with Quick Books is preferred
Be the lead representative of Food Tecs Accounting Department with clients and build / maintain strong professional relationships.
Be responsible for reconciling company operating and payroll bank accounts on monthly basis, and present reconciliation to the Accounting Manager.
Support and assist Accounting Manager on various accounting tasks and any special projects.
Work with Accounting Manager and IT on projects related to increasing effectiveness through automation.
Review and maintain Accounts Receivables, including handling collection activities and ensure timely payments from clients.
Be responsible for Accounts Payable functions.
Create invoices in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for handling and recording of daily deposits.
