Tax and Accounting Professional

Kforce's client in the greater Needham, MA area is seeking an experienced Tax and Accounting Professional with prior focus on client financial reporting, high net worth individual tax preparation and related advisory work. This is a local growing CPA firm specializing in payroll, bookkeeping and tax returns for very successful high net worth individuals and their related small businesses, that offers excellent benefits, and summer hours.

This role will be responsible for performing engagement work while overseeing client accounts. The role sits on site in a professional independent and growing public accounting firm with an excellent team and coworkers.

• Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university (minimum of 150 college credits)
• CPA, EA and/or Master's degree in taxation or MS Accounting strongly preferred
• 5-15 years of experience working in tax and accounting in a local to mid-size regional CPA firm;
  Salary and compensation will be commensurate with experience level
• Experience in family-owned businesses and start-up companies
• Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments;
  Able to multi-task
• Team player with desire to be an active participant within the organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
