What you bring:

• Solid experience in real estate accounting -- property management, commercial real estate, REITs, or a related sector.
• Proven ability to manage month-end close, financial statement preparation, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and comfort leading or mentoring an accounting team.
