The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the office environment, including conference room setup, loading dock activities, inventory management, and assisting team members to maintain an efficient workplace.
Responsibilities- Executive Office Support:
Maintain executive spaces to high standards of cleanliness and organization; monitor furniture, stock refreshments, and ensure a welcoming environment; oversee specialty features and amenities; serve as a point of contact for executive-level support requests. - Room Setup and Tear Down:
Review event and meeting specifications, arrange furniture, equipment, and technology, and ensure spaces are clean and ready for use. - Loading Dock & Package Management:
Receive, sort, label incoming packages, prepare items for delivery or storage, and assist with outgoing shipments to ensure timely dispatch. - Inventory Management:
Track and reconcile office supply inventory using established systems; maintain organized storage and accurate data entry for inventory records. - Delivery & Distribution:
Deliver packages to associates and coordinate with team members for efficient distribution while maintaining a safe, clutter-free environment. - Team
Collaboration:
Partner with team members to support daily operations and special projects; assist with event coordination as needed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in facilities or logistics is a plus.
Experience
1–2 years in facilities support, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred. Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills. Experience handling packages and performing physical tasks safely.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams; strong organizational and time-management skills; physical ability to lift and move packages safely; excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Needham, MA. In office 5 days a week. - Schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm EST. - Salary Range: $25.34—$30.63 USD
